What should
I wear or bring?
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in / grip socks are essential for safety (available to purchase at the studio) / a water bottle (we have a refill station on site)
How to book/cancel?
All bookings are made online through our app. Simply head to the ‘book now’ page, choose a class or pick a desk to rent for the day and secure your spot​​​​​​
Can I cancel/
reschedule?
Yes – we understand life happens. Cancellations can be made through your account up to 12 hours before class without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your one time class pass, class pack or membership
Where can
I park?
We’re conveniently located in the centre of Lytham St.Annes. There are free 1-2 hour spaces on nearby streets. There is a car-park directly across the road which is free before the hours of 9am and after the hours of 6pm, otherwise cheap for an hours ticket during the day. We are also accessible by bus or train as we are located near both Lytham train station and the bus stops in the centre
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer foundation classes designed for newcomers to reformer Pilates. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes – we offer solo reformer 1:1 sessions for clients who prefer personalised attention or want to work on specific goals. Please speak to a member of our team before purchasing and booking to ensure your preferred instructor and studio time are available
